What is Go Rewards?
Go Rewards is a Lifestyle Rewards Program that offers meaningful rewards and experiences. I'm not yet a Go Rewards Member. Can I still apply for a debit and/or a credit card?
Yes, you can apply for the cards. Once your application has been approved, you will be automatically enrolled to the Go Rewards program and receive a Go Rewards membership number along with your debit/credit card.
I can't complete the entire application now. Can I save the fields I've already filled out?
Yes, you can save the form. We will be sending you an email alongside a link to your application. Please note that your application will only be saved for 48-hours and will then be deleted.
Do I have to upload my IDs/proof of income with my application?
For faster processing of your application, we encourage you to upload all required documents online. However, you can still push through with your application without uploading. Please expect a call from our customer service agent requesting you to submit all necessary documents via email or fax.
How will I know if my application has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email after you click submit. Please note that you will only be able to submit the form once completing all mandatory fields. For Debit Card, you will be given a reference number which you will need to show to any UnionBank branch to complete your debit card application and receive your Go Rewards Debit Card.

How do I know what Go Rewards Number is enrolled to my credit or debit card?
If you are a credit cardholder, once you are successfully enrolled to the program, you will receive an email from Go Rewards containing your Go Rewards membership number.
If you are a debit cardholder, your Go Rewards membership number can be found at the back of your physical card.
Can I enroll multiple Go Rewards Numbers to my Cebu Pacific Credit Card and/or Go Rewards Debit Card?
Yes, just ensure that the membership numbers for each are linked so you can manage your points in one account. To link your membership numbers, simply follow the steps below.

How do I fund my debit card?
Deposit to any UB branch, 7-Eleven, PetNet and 8,000 ECPay partners nationwide or transfer from other banks via InstaPay and PESONet.
How do I earn Go Rewards points using my Cebu Pacific Credit Card?
For every PHP200 you spend using your Cebu Pacific Credit Card, you earn 1 Go Rewards Point. Earn double the points when you spend PHP100 in Cebu Pacific. Aside from this, Cebu Pacific will be giving you an additional 1 Go Rewards Point for every PHP20 you spend on Cebu Pacific. What’s more, 1 Go Rewards Point = PHP1.00, which you can use to pay for purchases!

How do I earn Go Rewards points using my Go Rewards Debit Card?
For every PHP400 you spend using your Go Rewards Debit Card, you earn 1 Go Rewards Point. Aside from this, Cebu Pacific will be giving you an additional 1 Go Reward Point for every PHP40 you spend on Cebu Pacific. What’s more, 1 Go Rewards Point = PHP1.00, which you can use to pay for purchases!

What transactions are qualified to earn Go Rewards points?
All VISA POS transactions, whether via POS and online are included in the computation of Go Rewards Points.
What transactions are not qualified to earn Go Rewards points?
For Credit Card, fees and charges such as annual fees, interest charges and the like, cash advances, and purchases for busines s transactions are not included in the computation and cannot earn Go Rewards Points.
For Debit Card, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfer, UB App Bills Pay, Buy Load and vouchers are not included in the computation and cannot and cannot earn Go Rewards Points.
For Cebu Pacific Credit Card, can supplementary cards earn Go Rewards points?
All supplementary card usage earns Go Rewards points and these points are automatically transferred to the principal cardholder, which shall be part of the points transferred to the enrolled Go Rewards membership number.
How do I convert card points to Go Rewards points?
There is no redemption process required to convert your card points to Go Rewards points. Your earned points will be accumulated monthly and automatically transferred to your linked Go Rewards account following your corresponding cycle.
How will I know the number of Go Rewards points that have been transferred to my account?
For Credit Cards: Your monthly Statement of Account shall indicate the number of Go Rewards points cards that you earned for that month and these will be automatically to your Go Rewards membership number. To view your accumulated Go Rewards points, you can visit gorewards.com.ph
For Debit Cards: To view your accumulated Go Rewards points, you can visit gorewards.com.ph
How do I redeem Go Rewards points?
Redeem your points by presenting a valid ID and your Go Rewards Card / Go Rewards QR code to use your points to pay for your transaction at participating Robinsons stores and other Redemption Partner establishments.
